We generally ship all orders next business day. During the summer months of April 15 - October 15, we only ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - unless overnight shipping is selected.

Sorry, but we only ship to continental USA at this time. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time.

During the warmer months, we pack meltable items in insulated materials with ice packs.To avoid melted items, it is highly advisable to pay for at least 2-Day shipping and monitor your tracking information.

Most orders arrive in good condition - but sometimes there are shipping delays caused by weather or carrier mistake. If you receive a melted order that is unusable - kindly email us at tedtradeusa@gmail.com with yourorder ID & pictures of the melted item(s).We will offer a refund or aone-timereplacement

During the colder months of October 15 - April 15 we will take any item back within 30 days if the item is sealed and in good condition. If the item is damaged, we will refund your order or replace the item.During the warmer months of April 16 - October 14 we do not allow returns unless the item has arrived melted or damaged.

During the timeframe from April 15 - October 15, we require a minimum of 2-Day shipping to be selected for all meltable items.Orders that have 2-Day Shipping or greater are eligible for refund in the event it melts in-transit.Ground shipping can be selected, but please be advise that any orders shipped 'ground' are not eligible to be refunded in the event the product melts.
