Yes! During summer months we ship all meltable products in insulated materials with plenty of ice packs. We also let the order sit in the freezer overnight before shipping so everything is cold. The vast majority of orders during the summer months arrive in good condition.

As long as the product is still sealed and in good condition, we can take the item back and refund your purchase. If the item was shipped during summer months in insulation with ice packs, then the ice would have to arrive back in good condition in order for us to refund your purchase.
For online orders, we ship out the majority of our orders the next business day. It generally takes 2-3 business days to arrive. For wholesale orders, we guarantee delivery by next day.
